In this episode of Bike Tour Adventures, I have a chance to sit down and speak with Karl Kroll, an American that, after his first bike tour in 2017 did a bike tour through Eastern Europe and Central Asia in 2018. Less than a year later, in January 2019, Karl dipped his rear wheel into the ocean just off the coast of Argentina in Ushuaia before starting the long trek north up towards Alaska and the Arctic Ocean. After cycling as far as Costa Rica, he was forced to temporarily put the tour on hold due to the Covid-19 epidemic.
